Mary Portas, queen of shops and charity crusader is opening her latest Mary’s Living and Giving store this weekend at 28 New King’s Road. With all proceeds going to Save The Children, Mary’s store reply on designer donations and savvy shoppers and is single-handedly revolutionising the way we shop for second hand clothes. This really is an opportunity for everyone to make their mark. If it’s the public or designers donating, the amazing volunteers, or the customers who loved to be involved, they are truly making a difference to the way we shop, and when the new shop is in full swing, it will have regular activities and store events for the public to enjoy.
Everyone is welcome to Saturday’s opening, come down and enjoy a glass of champagne and get the chance the win some fabulous gifts in the raffle. Doors open at 12pm.
