Fancy trying your hand at making some tasty summer cocktails? The wonderful people at Broadway Bar and Grill, 474-476 Fulham Road, have shared the recipe for their Broadway Julep with us – so now you can. With flavours of mint, damsons and quince, it's definitely a cocktail to fit the British summertime.
INGREDIENTS
50ml damson gin
25ml quince liqueur
6 mint leaves
2 spoons of sugar
All you need to do to make it is muddle the mint and sugar in a glass, then mix in the crushed ice. Follow by adding the gin and liqueur, then top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint and sit back to enjoy your drink.
